Minutes of the Executive Session of the Borough Council held July 15, 2010 at 8:08 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 531 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, New Jersey.

Councilmembers Karr, Cecala, Coogan, Fu, McCluskey & Zabihach

 

Present:  Gail H. Fraser, Borough Attorney

 

 

Attorney Fraser reported on Weichert tax appeal, ACP settlement and COAH.

 

Councilmember Zabihach moved:

 

            THAT the Council close the Executive Session and re-open the Regular meeting at 8:30 P.M.

 

Seconded by Councilmember Coogan.  So ordered.
