Speak up, Morris Plains!

Residents recently demonstrated strong feelings about land use development issues in the Borough, and expressed frustration at how their concerns were addressed. We applaud residents for speaking up and think it's time to revisit the Borough's Master Plan - a blueprint of the community's long-term vision and goals for development, including land use, infrastructure, and services. The document was last "reexamined" in 2018. Does it reflect the vision of the current Council and Planning Board? We think the Borough's Centennial in 2026 is the perfect time to revisit this critical document.
Let's start the conversation! Take our survey and tell us what you like about Morris Plains, and what we can do better.
